About Us
As our CRM Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of CRM and email campaigns to enhance the owner experience and drive retention.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams (marketing, eCommerce, product) and external partners to deliver campaigns that align with business goals and brand standards.

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise CRM and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned communications.
Retention Initiatives: Develop strategies to boost customer loyalty, reduce churn, and enhance the owner experience.
CRM Ownership: Manage CRM channels, schedules, and automation workflows for personalised, data-driven communications.
Audience Segmentation: Use data insights and A/B testing to refine audience targeting and campaign relevance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimise campaign performance, providing actionable insights to meet KPIs.
Review Management: Drive owner reviews and manage templates to enhance the website’s reputation.
Stakeholder Education: Advocate for CRM best practices, training stakeholders to leverage CRM tools effectively.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
Experience in campaign execution: Ability to oversee internal and external teams effectively.
Proficiency in data-driven strategies: at least four years of experience implementing data-driven campaign strategies.
Expertise in CRM platforms: Specifically, proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools.
Innovative digital marketing: Proven track record of implementing innovative digital marketing strategies.
Proactive problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and drive solutions.
Excellent communication: Clear and concise communication skills, adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability and quick learning: Ability to pick up new activities and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail: Meticulous execution of materials and campaigns with attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Willingness to take risks, deal with ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English.
