By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team for EMEA is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience. 

About the role 


As our Digital Analytics Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization Analytics), you will: 

  • Partner with eCommerce trading and merchandising teams to enhance performance through data-based recommendations, including managing and delivering reports, and collaborating with marketing, finance, and supply teams. 
  • Conduct deep dives on Dyson.com to identify areas for performance improvement, sharing insights with platform and commercial teams to drive change. 
  • Collaborate with media teams, SEO, CRM, and eCommerce teams to optimize traffic performance and website journeys. 
  • Champion data-based decision-making across the organization, training and developing teams on data understanding and capability. 
  • Deliver eCommerce-focused deep dives on key market and regional campaigns and priorities, integrating insights from multiple data sources. 
  • Provide high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance. 
  • Build visualizations directly and in partnership with BI teams to bring analytics of Dyson.com business to life for markets and regional teams. 
  • Support group teams and data quality teams in managing data systems as needed. 
  • Think first and foremost about owner experience in all plans and actions. 
  • Adapt quickly to changes, navigate a matrixed organization, and proactively explore hypotheses to improve performance. 


About you 


To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: 

  • Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Campaign Manager, with at least four years of experience in analytics. 
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. 
  • Technical Skills: Experience with additional tools and languages such as Python, Adobe Stack, and Hybris for advanced data analysis and manipulation. 
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Understanding of eCommerce dynamics, including traffic optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and average order value (AOV) improvement strategies. 
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate technical analytics in a clear and compelling manner, translating insights into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in English: Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in another EMEA language preferred for effective collaboration in a global environment. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with complexity and change, able to adapt quickly to evolving business needs and navigate a matrixed organization effectively. 
  • Owner-Centric Mindset: Ability to prioritize owner experience in all activities and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 
  • Results-Driven: Experience working in a trading culture focused on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, with a proactive approach to exploring hypotheses and driving performance improvements. 
  • Collaborative Skills: Capability to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement in digital performance.

One year fixed term contract with the possibility of renewal to a permanent position.
