About The Job 

Dyson is seeking a detail-oriented and brand-driven Digital Retail Specialist to lead 3P content strategies, maintain and execute the trading plan on our key 3p partners . In this critical role, you will act as a key account partner for our priority digital pure-players, supporting them to execute the trading plan, ensuring that Dyson's brand identity and visual standards are consistently represented on all 3P platforms and analyzing sales to identify opportunities to boost performance. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Trading on key 3rd party retail sites: 

  • Collaborate with the distributors, retailers and marketing team to maintain and execute the trading plan 
  • Monitor sell-out performance across all 3P digital retailers. 
  • Establish processes/mechanism/ KPIs to monitor brand visibility on the 3P retailers 
  • Digital shelf analysis – stock, price movements, brand visibility and identify patterns to provide actionable insights to the sales team. 

Content Management & optimization: 

  • Serve as the primary custodian of Dyson’s A+ content across all 3P digital retail platforms.  
  • Regularly audit and update content to ensure it aligns with Dyson’s brand standards, product positioning, and marketing objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal brand teams to adapt Dyson’s global guidelines for local implementation on 3P digital channels. 
  • Maintain a centralized self-serve content library for the distributors to have ‘any-time’ access to product content.  
  • Monitor competitive activity to ensure Dyson’s content remains superior and differentiated across the 3P retailers. 
  • You will act as the main point of contact for distributors, providing guidance on content best practices and supporting the launch of new products.

  • You are a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of 3P digital retail platforms  
  • Expertise in A+ content creation and optimization. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards. 
  • Proficient in analytics tools and able to interpret data to inform decision-making. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient in English. Czech, Romanian and Hungarian are a strong plus.
