The Digital Tracking team is at the forefront of leveraging data and technology to innovate and enhance user experiences across the company's digital landscape. Tasked with the collection of digital data through industry-leading analytics tools and Tag Management Systems, the team plays a pivotal role in informing core business strategies and decisions. Beyond development, the team also provides operational support to business users, utilizing a ticket-based system and email for efficient resolution of queries and issues. 


Emphasizing a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, the team works closely together to solve complex problems and drive technological advancements. Their collective efforts are crucial in maintaining Dyson's reputation for cutting-edge digital initiatives and in shaping the company's future in the digital domain. 


As a Digital Tracking Product Lead, you will be accountable for the design and execution of all efforts around Digital Tracking, building and leading a high performance team of architects and engineers, and establish strong relationships across the business to manage, meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. You will oversee platform design, product, people, and operations to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions that drive business growth. You will implement digital strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging your expertise in service design, people and product management. Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams, you will ensure seamless operations of digital initiatives across all channels. 



  • Oversee and own design and execution of all efforts around Digital Tracking at Dyson that are in line with business goals, driving growth and market expansion. 

  • Drive the integration between Digital Tracking and our various e-commerce platforms and 3rd party solutions. 

  • Build and lead a high performance team of engineers and architects, grooming them into expert practitioners. 

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies that are in line with business goals, driving growth and market expansion. 

  • Oversee the development of innovative solutions by leveraging the latest digital marketing technologies, data analytics, and UX design principles. 

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure the cohesive integration of digital initiatives. 

  • Measure and report campaign performance data to business users for gaining insights and refining digital marketing tactics for enhanced effectiveness. 

  • Remain at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies, proactively exploring opportunities for innovation and establishing a competitive edge. 




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • At least 10 years of experience cutting code, optimizing JavaScript based frontend applications and leading go-to-market efforts in digital marketing projects across the Adobe and Google product suite, managing e-commerce platform integration and 3rd party tagging. 

  • Proven track record of designing and running product and service organizations to ITIL v4 standards, managing outcomes through platforms including JIRA and ServiceNow, and designing processes around improving product development and service operations. 

  • Extensive experience in working on automation and improving integration with 3rd party applications (Magento, TikTok, SiteCore, Instagram etc) and automating workflow activities such as QA processes. 

  • Strong experience in leading high-performing teams of 10+ with diverse technical backgrounds. 

  • Strong experience with programming languages relevant to digital marketing such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JS package management, and SQL for data querying and analysis. 

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment for creativity and growth, combined with exceptional communication abilities to engage with global stakeholders and convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
