About the Team
At Dyson, our Direct to Consumer (DTC) E-Commerce team is structured around three core pillars that work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences:
Trading Management: Responsible for forecasting demand, creating trading plans, monitoring prices, and managing stock levels to ensure we always meet our customers’ needs.
Experience: Focused on merchandising our website, launching new products and campaigns, and continuously enhancing the user journey for an inspiring and seamless online experience.
Traffic Acquisition: In charge of bringing visitors to our website through performance media channels, affiliates, CRM, and SEO. This team also manages budgets for each channel and tracks sales performance to optimize results.
About the role
As an E-Commerce Intern at Dyson, you will have the unique chance to gain exposure across all pillars of our e-commerce operation and see first-hand how a market-leading direct to consumer business operates. Depending on ongoing business priorities, you may be asked to support focused projects or topics within one of these areas, allowing you to deepen your knowledge and make a real impact. You will be responsible for:
Work alongside experts across trading management, experience, and traffic acquisition functions
Contribute to business-critical projects, with tasks defined by current team priorities
Learn about e-commerce forecasting, pricing strategy, and stock management
Gain insights into website merchandising and campaign execution
Explore how Dyson activates performance marketing campaigns, CRM, and SEO strategy
Analyze data, support reporting, and present findings to the team
Offer fresh ideas and participate in team brainstorming sessions
About you
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Any hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly
Clear communicator in English (both written and verbal)
