About the role
As our Finance Manager, you will:
- Support the long-term market and financial strategy (3-5 years).
- Balance short-term and medium-term profit and cash delivery with long-term sustainable growth.
- Establish and manage analytical capabilities to provide category and market intelligence.
- Develop and monitor key financial and non-financial performance measures.
- Support business planning for short, medium, and long-term outlooks.
- Provide financial insights for commercial decisions on ranging, pricing, and products.
- Optimize the business model through benchmarking category and market performance.
- Support working capital management, resource allocation, and cost initiatives.
- Develop and embed best practices for analytical tasks into Austria's strategy processes.
- Act as the key counterpart for local audit processes.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a high-performing matrix organization.
- Commercial finance experience.
- Proven people management skills.
- Expertise in local law and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated financial expertise and budget control.
- Experience in the retail industry, preferably with an electrical manufacturer.
- Strategic and methodical business planning capability.
- Strong influencing and high-level communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, both personal and business.
- Ability to be a decisive, assertive, and results-driven team player.
