Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. About the role

As our Finance Manager, you will:

  • Support the long-term market and financial strategy (3-5 years).
  • Balance short-term and medium-term profit and cash delivery with long-term sustainable growth.
  • Establish and manage analytical capabilities to provide category and market intelligence.
  • Develop and monitor key financial and non-financial performance measures.
  • Support business planning for short, medium, and long-term outlooks.
  • Provide financial insights for commercial decisions on ranging, pricing, and products.
  • Optimize the business model through benchmarking category and market performance.
  • Support working capital management, resource allocation, and cost initiatives.
  • Develop and embed best practices for analytical tasks into Austria's strategy processes.
  • Act as the key counterpart for local audit processes.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a high-performing matrix organization.
  • Commercial finance experience.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Expertise in local law and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated financial expertise and budget control.
  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably with an electrical manufacturer.
  • Strategic and methodical business planning capability.
  • Strong influencing and high-level communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both personal and business.
  • Ability to be a decisive, assertive, and results-driven team player.
