About the role
In this role based in Dublin, you will report to the Finance Director – GB&I, the role will be based on the finance activities noted below and a broader finance support role for the Ireland market.
The role assumes active engagement in the finance activities of the market including attendance at the GB&I finance team meetings, ownership of day to day business partnering for the Dublin based commercial teams notably owning financial business partnering of certain key customers primarily in the Ireland market, help with resolving pricing queries and support with loading information to the Onestream financial system during LE, budget and forecast cycles. It is expected that you will spend c 2 weeks a month at the GB&I office based in Malmesbury.
Ownership of business partnering with some retailers across GB&I
Support in the clearance of deductions on customers across both the GB & Ireland markets
Support with pricing queries
Support with loading elements of the financial forecast to the Onestream financial system
Link to the DBS transactional team to resolve ad-hoc queries
Support on other financial priorities such as cashflow forecasting, managing OCOS and stock provisions
About you

The ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where plans often change on a weekly or even daily basis
Good communication skills with the ability to make Financial information accessible to non-Financial leads
SAP/OneStream experience is preferable
