About the Role:
Hybrid Role 3 in-office days and 2 remote days per week.
Conduct manual reviews of credit card orders to identify potential fraud patterns and trends.
Utilize Riskified alerts and dashboards to monitor and action declined orders.
Analyze declines for possible overrides or approvals.
Leverage customer databases (Salesforce, WorldPay, etc.) and fraud prevention tools for pattern analysis.
Investigate flagged orders and cancel fraudulent ones.
Manage reauthorization and recapture of failed payments.
Maintain daily Excel spreadsheets and activity logs.
Collaborate across departments to address consumer inquiries and disputes.
Respond to fraud-related email and IM helpline inquiries.
Track and dispute chargeback claims through relevant systems.
Contact cardholders about unauthorized activity.
Engage law enforcement and shipping carriers on fraud matters.
Work with SOP and 3rd parties to cancel or intercept fraudulent orders.
Partner with profit protection and legal teams on fraud-related issues.
Occasionally make outbound calls to cardholders, financial institutions, or law enforcement.
Handle order approval/decline communications and expired payment recapture.
Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned.
About You:
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
5 years of customer service/call center experience.
Strong adherence to fraud protocols and meeting deadlines.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Strong finance and Excel skills, with attention to detail.
SAP experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience considered.
Must have a designated, quiet home office and reliable internet connection.
Solid understanding of internet functionality and basic computer hardware.
Uncompromising ethical standards and ability to balance quality with speed.
Intermediate MS Excel skills required.
