The Retail Training Team is responsible for the Training and delivery to over 4,000+ Dyson Experts and Stylists in over 80 countries worldwide. Our mission is simple: to provide an immersive blended learning training experience that will engage our experts and build their capability to convert shoppers to owners. They establish the learning platforms and tools to empower markets through a clear framework, direction & collaboration.

About the Role
This role is far reaching and will rely on the ability to understand the Global Retail landscape across direct and 3rd party. The primary focus of this role is to drive eLearning adaptation and localisation by providing close guidance to markets on platform access solutions and working closely with markets and trainers to discover, localise, translation, roll out, engage and report for all Dyson Retail teams.
This role will be responsible for the rollout of new content, driving engagement and completion, tracking and reporting in line with the business needs. This role requires the ability to build and interpret data and insights and communicate it in a way that drives action and engagement.
This role is also crucial to ensuring all users who can access Dyson LMS are able to access and have a learning path and all users who can’t are proposed alternative solutions to complete eLearning. The role will be based in the Group Retail Excellence function, working with all Global, regional and market training teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience in driving eLearning implementation and engagement, an understanding of Adult Learning Theories/Generation learning styles and its preferable to have a CIPD qualification either Level 3 Foundation Certificate or Diploma in L&D (Level 3 QCF) or a Level 5 Intermediate Certificate or Diploma in L&D (Level 5 QCF) along with Articulate Rise and Storyline as authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Learning Ecosystem Design and Strategy
Design and establish a tailored digital learning ecosystem for Dyson’s retail teams to address the changing, transient retail environment.
Define and implement global retail training infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance, security, and adaptability.
Drive the strategic development of digital learning tools and platforms, creating a framework that is scalable and future-proof.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align digital learning initiatives with Dyson’s global retail strategy.
Digital Learning Systems Deployment and Governance
Lead the setup, implementation, and global deployment of new digital learning platforms and AI-driven solutions, including AI-based translation tools.
Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) governance, ensuring all retail employees have access to relevant learning paths.
Partner with Dyson IT and external vendors to explore new digital learning tools, authoring (e.g., Articulate, Storyline), and AI-driven learning solutions.
Oversee external supplier relationships for digital learning solutions not built in-house
Content Governance and Quality Assurance
Oversee the Master English eLearning Catalogue to ensure alignment with Dyson’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
Perform QA for NPD launches and retail training programs to ensure consistency, accessibility, and multi-device compatibility.
Maintain high-quality instructional design strategies, refining eLearning modules based on industry best practices.
Define processes to ensure content compliance and governance post-localization.
Trainer Development and Upskilling
Gain mastery of new tools and systems to train and enable market teams and trainers.
Coach and upskill regional trainers in digital learning best practices to ensure effective adoption and deployment.
Digital Learning Analytics/Reporting
Build and govern key metrics, reporting, and data insights to measure digital learning adoption, training completion rates, and engagement levels.
Develop a training dashboard for global oversight, offering a comprehensive view of learning progress and effectiveness.
About you
Good understanding of training principles, methodology and evaluation frameworks.
Experience working in a retail environment (ideally globally)
Solid experience designing blended training curriculum
Knowledge and expertise in using and managing eLearning on Learning management systems
An understanding of Adult Learning Theories/Generation learning styles
Preferably a CIPD qualification (e.g., Level 3 Foundation Certificate, Level 3 QCF, Level 5 Intermediate Certificate, or Level 5 QCF)
Strong coaching ability with a hands-on approach.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaboration skills, and change management skills.
