We are hiring a high-calibre Senior Manager to lead Global Revenue Insights & Enablement within our Revenue Analytics & Insights (RAI) organization.

This is a high-impact global role at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, governance and capability building. The mandate is to shape how Dyson defines, interprets and activates revenue intelligence across markets.

We are looking for a commercially sharp and influential leader who can translate complex analytics into meaningful business action, build global alignment on standards and frameworks, and inspire adoption of revenue tools across the organization.

This role offers significant scope and visibility, with opportunity for accelerated growth and expanded leadership responsibility.

What You Will Own
1. Global Revenue Harmonization & Governance

  • Lead global alignment of revenue definitions, subcategories, price bands, classifications and formulas
  • Partner closely with the CRO Office, CEO Office, CFO Office, MDs and other global commercial leaders to ensure consistency and clarity across markets
  • Own and evolve the global revenue data dictionary and governance frameworks
  • Drive shared understanding and disciplined use of revenue metrics

You will help create a common global language for revenue performance.


2. RAI Champions Community & Revenue Enablement

  • Lead and scale the Global RAI Champions Community in partnership with HR
  • Develop a strong network of market-level ambassadors who champion RAI tools and dashboards
  • Embed analytics literacy and tool adoption into operating rhythms and performance expectations
  • Design scalable enablement frameworks that strengthen capability across regions

This role focuses on community building, engagement and capability scaling across the business.

3. Insight Leadership & Commercial Impact

  • Lead deep-dive analytics on pricing, promotion, media and portfolio performance
  • Translate analytics outputs (MMM, price elasticity models, dashboards and internal data) into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Synthesize complexity into concise recommendations that guide commercial decision-making
  • Partner with markets to ensure insights are understood, contextualized and acted upon


You will play a visible role in connecting analytics to tangible revenue outcomes.

4. Vendor Strategy & Value Realization

  • Manage strategic relationships with global market share and data vendors (e.g., Circana, GfK and others)
  • Drive cost efficiency and year-on-year value realization
  • Strengthen partnerships to unlock deeper insight generation and strategic collaboration
  • Ensure service-level adherence and strong governance standards


5. Stakeholder Leadership & Operating Discipline

  • Engage confidently with senior global and local stakeholders across functions
  • Provide clarity on global frameworks while enabling markets to apply tools locally and in functions
  • Guide stakeholders toward self-sufficiency through structured frameworks and tool adoption
  • Maintain clear accountability boundaries while fostering strong collaborative relationships

Who you are
You are commercially astute, analytically strong and confident operating in high-visibility environments. You combine executive-level storytelling with deep analytical interpretation. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building structured frameworks in complex, fast-moving organizations.

Commercial & Analytical Strength

  • Experience translating MMM, pricing, media or revenue analytics into business strategy
  • Advanced analytical interpretation (Power BI/Tableau; SQL familiarity preferred)
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives

  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Strong facilitation and alignment-building skills
  • Ability to drive adoption while maintaining role clarity
