About the role
As a G&P Programme Management Graduate within the Graphics & Packaging team, you’ll be expected to gain exposure on packaging technical and related processes. Working closely in production environment, you will get a chance to learn more about packaging and graphics designing as well as final products. Reporting to the Graphic & Packaging Programme Manager, the role will work closely with a packaging engineer for New Product Development project from New Product Innovation (NPI) until the product launches.
Our G&P Programme Management Graduate plays a key role in the team’s deliverables, driving efficiency and quality improvement through all stages of development and production. You will be working closely with your team and other project stakeholders, sharing information, mitigating risks, giving accurate project updates, and ensuring you are up to date and invested in the team's long-term goals. The role forms a link between the NPI, Creative, RDD Engineering, RDD Operation and Production teams globally - resolving all the short term, day-to-day issues and managing long term project plans.
As a G&P Programme Management Graduate, you will:
Handling small to medium-sized, less complex New Product Development/ lifecycle projects, such as standalone accessories, evolution product or colorway changes, while also supporting the Project Manager as needed to meet business requirements under the guidance of the project or associate project manager.
Accountable for coordinating with all relevant teams (including packaging design, engineering, legal, IP, NPI, creative, commercial, testing, operations, project management, and other related departments) to discuss packaging and graphics requirements. Ensure timely delivery of graphics and packaging items according to the established milestones, under the guidance of the Project or Lead Project Manager.
Ensuring projects are briefed, planned, managed, and approved with the correct process and responsible for ensuring all graphics & packaging projects follow company processes driven by other departments within this business.
Provide weekly updates on project progress to the Project Manager/lead Project Manager, including a review of deliverables and identification of any risks.
Assisting the Project Manager with G&P project initiatives by handling specific tasks and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with G&P Change Operation Engineering & Graphics Operation Engineering to track delivery timing and cost-effective of graphics & packaging when release to production and to coordinate effective implementation of any changes.
Responsible to review G&P parts, BOM and product requirements using Teamcenter (electronic part management system) and control tower to review readiness towards projects milestones.
Escalate to relevant stakeholders to flag on the risk and discrepancies found with possible contingency plans or actions.
Assisting G&P project manager in raising graphics brief and follow up assets readiness from all the stakeholders.
About you

Working towards or have achieved a relevant discipline degree in Art/Design/Engineering/Graphics/Business Management.
Graduating by August 2025.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to build productive working relationships within team to manage multiple projects in a production environment to deliver as per defined and agreed schedules.
Ability to manage multiple projects and constantly tracking deliverables, and review approaches to be more efficient and remove any possible obstacles.
Proactive problem-solver, able to navigate complex processes and systems with an analytical mindset to challenge assumptions and looking for better ways of doing things.
Sound understanding of basic New Product Design and Development Process.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects.
Able to evidence how you have applied your technical knowledge to solve problems, either through your internship, university projects or as part of your co-curricular activities.
Passionate about Dyson and our technology to help us meet our ambitious plans.
To be eligible you will need to have no more than two years of relevant work experience post-graduation (PhD students are not eligible for our graduate programmes).
