Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Logistics, Planning & Market Supply Chain Director, the Head of Supply Chain, Greater China will lead the Supply Chain for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan Markets with a team of 10 people and work closely with Greater China Revenue Leadership Team.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute Greater China supply chain strategies aligned with GC business objectives, ensuring agility to meet regional market demands.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and global supply chain team to streamline operations and reduce costs (YoY -5%).
End-to-End Supply Chain Optimization:
- Oversee supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution across Greater China Region.
- Implement lean methodologies and digital tools (e.g., SAP IBP, TMC ) to enhance efficiency and visibility to make sure supply fulfillment (Lag 3>99% )and on time delivery (100%).
Customer engagement & Partner Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts with JD and Tmall etc to have top to top meeting and algin joint business plan yearly;and with logistics strategic partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance to meet the business needs
- Mitigate risks through diversified network strategies and contingency planning.
Regional Compliance & Sustainability:
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade policies, and corporate sustainability goals (e.g., carbon footprint reduction, circular economy initiatives).
Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory health, cost-to-serve) and deliver regular reports to senior leadership to fulfill business need and drive the right decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in supply chain leadership roles, with 5+ years in senior management at regional level.
Proven success in multinational manufacturing/FMCG/Retail industries.
Expertise in regional logistics, customs, and regulatory environments.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Fluency in English。
