About the role
You will play an integral role in supporting HR Business Partnering function and advancing HR project initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver day-to-day support for key stakeholders across the business
Assist with employee relations activities, including preparing documents and scheduling meetings
Collaborate in workforce planning efforts, offering strategic insights and support for staffing needs
Collect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making on workforce trends
Assist with the implementation and execution of key HR projects aligned with business goals
Build and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple HR platforms

About you
We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Basic understanding of HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, or Power BI)
Experience or interest in managing projects with measurable outcomes
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting etc for data organization and analysis)
Ability to work successfully both independently and within teams
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
