About us

At Dyson, talent is at the core of everything we do. As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia, our in-house Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in identifying and engaging exceptional talent to power our innovation.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support hiring efforts across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in experienced hire recruitment within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support end-to-end recruitment coordination and hiring activities across experienced hire roles. You will contribute to attraction strategies, candidate management, and recruitment operations while helping deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced hire roles

  • Screen applications and assist in shortlisting candidates against role requirements

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and hiring teams

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Support offer management and documentation processes

  • Assist with talent pipeline building, sourcing, and market mapping activities

Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication

  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Support onboarding preparation and pre-employment requirements (e.g. documentation, coordination)

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders where required

During periods of lower recruitment activity, the intern will also support wider HR work, such as HR projects, onboarding or employee lifecycle initiatives, documentation, and basic data or feedback analysis. This provides a balanced workload and broad exposure to the end‑to‑end HR function in an enterprise environment.

Please note

  • We do not offer hybrid/remote working for this position

  • This will be a 6 month’s internship - FULL TIME

About you

We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or HR

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player with a “can-do” attitude

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
