About the role
Join Dyson’s Marketing team in Germany for an exciting internship where you can make a real impact! As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work on a variety of projects, and support the Beauty category. Working with a cross function team both within the region and H.Q. (based in the U.K.), you will help realize the category strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Key Account, Retail Activation, Digital, PR, Trade Marketing, Creative and Finance. You will stand for the product category, support projects and be determined to deliver excellent execution to reach our growth targets. This hands-on role will help you build both technical and creative skills while working with different teams across the business.
You’ll get to dive into areas like customer research, digital marketing, social media, and retail strategies. We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems, analyzing data, and creating fresh ideas. If you’re passionate about marketing and want to learn in a fast-paced, innovative company, this internship is for you.
Drive commercial success by understanding the market, consumer, influencers, competitors, and retail customers in the Beauty category
Support with implementation and delivery of the key marketing campaigns and local projects. Partner with creative teams to build campaigns for DACH markets. Communicate campaign intention to wider team and gain their support. Project manage detailed asset lists and solve/raise any delays according to plan
Work with EMEA and local creative team on artwork production, ensuring all items are on brand and comply with legal guidelines, whilst meeting the needs of relevant stakeholders (Retail, Direct, PR and Marketing)
Crosscheck translations and assets for different marketing activities.
Be able to work with insights and feed consumer insights back into our plans and campaign execution.
General support for the full breadth of Dyson’s marketing activity in Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
Support managing category Brand Building Investment (BBI) working closely with the Category lead and other budget holders
Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed
About you
Consumer research and help create marketing plans.
Support market analysis and refine Dyson’s strategies.
Work with teams in sales, product, and content to help launch new products.
Assist with social media campaigns to grow Dyson’s presence.
Use business data to understand trends and build actionable insights.

Key Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field, with an interest in marketing or business.
Available for a 6 month internship starting in June 2025.
Experience with academic or extracurricular projects is a plus.
Enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and innovation.
Fluent in English & German - both written and orally.
Demonstrate a passion for Dyson and its products; as well as the drive to understand the technical details of the products
An engaged, creative, quick thinker with the potential to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities
Team player who is passionate, flexible and willing to go beyond job description
Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set appropriate priorities and someone who is focused on delivering to plan
Ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders
