About the role
We are adding a new headcount to our team in Germany as a Junior KAM.
This role is pivotal in supporting our KAM teams' customer portfolio that not only generates significant revenue, but also plays a key role in driving premium brand awareness for Dyson.
You will be a perfect addition to our team, providing comprehensive support to our traditional offline customers while also bringing knowledge and expertise in dealing with our online customers.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career within sales while building, strengthening and developing new and strategic partnerships.
You will also work closely with Dyson customers and our internal departments
(Field Sales, Marketing and Finance) develop joint business plans.
About you
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales and/or Key Account Management within Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Beauty or similar.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ambitious and results-oriented, structured and creative, flexible and resilient
Experience in dealing with strategic customers
Strong capabilities and/or some work experience in building networks
Strong analytical skills and strong persuasiveness
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Working policy
