About the role

This role, located in Cologne Ehrenfeld, offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical, creative, and managerial skills to deliver impactful results. You’ll have the chance to contribute to product launches, campaigns, all while supporting Dyson's position as a leader in innovation and customer satisfaction. This role sits in the Digital Retail Activation DACH Team, with colleagues in Cologne, Zurich and Vienna with a total of 7 people.

 

·         Planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing activities (including retail media) together with our retailer partners and the senior team.

·         Monitoring and tracking of retailer-specific marketing budgets to help ensure efficient digital marketing performance.

·         Management of  e-merchandising of our partner websites (e.g. Media Markt, Otto, Douglas, Flaconi, QVC) by taking care of the maintenance of brand pages, product detail pages (PDPs),

·         Management of online product launches of our retail partner websites.

·         Work with agencies and internal teams to coordinate the creation of marketing assets and brand pages.

·         Collaborate with the Key Account Team by development of online joint business plans for key retailers.

·         Help strengthen relationships with retailers by providing operational support for joint initiatives and campaigns.

·         Assist in data collection, analysis, and evaluation of online retailer activities to measure and improve campaign performance.

·         Research relevant market trends and contribute with fresh ideas and input for innovative approaches.

Preparing presentations and sharing digital performance results with wider audiences in the organization.

·         Foster collaboration and exchange by connecting with junior peers from other Dyson markets.

 

About You

  • First Experiences in e-commerce and/or online marketing/and or retail activation

  • Passion for our innovations and technology

  • Passion and good understanding of data analytics for online KPIs

  • Solid experience in excel and PowerPoint

  • Outstanding organization skills and structured ways of working

  • Strong ability to meet deadlines

  • Team player mentality is key

  • Strong communication skills to internal and external partners

  • Solid Negotiation skills with external partners and retailers

  • Passion for questioning the status quo and willing to deep dive in KI solutions for efficient ways of working

  • Ideally first experience in partner/customer/account management

  • Fluency in English and German.
