About the role
As Key Account Manager for Bol.com- Dyson’s fastest-growing account in Benelux- you’ll be fully responsible for leading this partnership to new heights. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with deep digital retail expertise and a passion for driving e-commerce growth. You’ll set the strategy, own the execution, and be relentless about results.

Drive Bol.com Strategy
Develop and own the commercial strategy for Dyson at Bol.com, across all categories and product launches.
Set a long-term vision, from market entry to expansion, aligning with Dyson’s overall Benelux goals.
Shape and execute best-in-class retail media, content, and campaign strategies on Bol.com.
Deliver Strong E-Commerce Performance
Take charge of Dyson’s performance metrics on Bol.com: traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), and sales growth.
Maximize the effectiveness of the digital shelf through data-driven category management and ongoing analysis.
Lead launch and activation plans for new products, campaigns, and seasonal events, ensuring flawless delivery.
Full ownership of retail media activation, including campaign management, sponsored products set up and joint ATL campaigns.
Operational execution: Oversee order and stock management, ensure efficient fulfilment, and proactively coordinate with Bol.com delivery slots, customer arrangements, and issue resolution to maintain operational excellence.
Commercial Leadership
Hit sales and margin targets for Bol.com, planning and forecasting accurately in collaboration with finance and demand planning teams.
Build Joint Business Plans and activation initiatives with Bol.com’s category and marketing teams.
Manage and optimize promotional budgets, investments, and financial planning for long-term profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver clear, impactful proposals and presentations to Bol.com - always backed by sharp analysis and actionable insight.
Organize and steer regular business reviews with Bol.com and Dyson’s senior leadership.
Collaborate across Dyson - marketing, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce teams - to unlock joint opportunities and efficiencies.
Champion the Bol.com partnership internally, aligning cross-functional colleagues to deliver agreed targets.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing Bol.com or similar leading e-commerce accounts; direct experience with Bol.com is highly preferred with 3-5 years of experience.
Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital retail, and online marketing fundamentals.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to decisions and strategy.
Confident communicator and influencer- comfortable presenting ideas and driving agreements both internally and externally.
Energetic, driven, and ambitious; keen to challenge the status quo and drive exponential growth.
Experienced with high level of account negotiations
Proven delivery of sales targets
Energetic, engaging and positive approach
Assertive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections
