About the role

As a Key Account Manager within Dyson's Benelux Sales team, you’ll be instrumental in driving profit, growth, and outstanding execution across major retail accounts in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role offers the opportunity to shape the market by delivering strategic, results-driven initiatives and ensuring Dyson’s brand is flawlessly executed both in-store and online. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic annual account plans with key objectives for Dyson and retail partners.
  • Delivering sales and gross margin targets through accurate forecasting and promotional planning.
  • Leading the rollout of launches and campaigns to ensure optimal execution across retail partners.
  • Achieving the highest standards of execution for the Dyson brand and categories, both online and in stores, in line the Business Strategy
  • Managing retail media strategies and driving the ecommerce equation (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) on retailer websites.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (retail activation, media, category) to maximise ROI and shopper engagement.
  • Organising and delivering compelling business reviews and proposals to senior retail stakeholders.

About you

You're a results-driven, commercially savvy professional with a talent for negotiation and strategic planning. Passionate about sales and business growth, you excel at analysing data to uncover opportunities and lead projects to completion.

To succeed, you’ll need:

  • Proven track record in high-profile account management, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
  • Experience delivering sales targets and managing promotional budgets for multiple product lines.
  • Familiarity with retail market operations and category management.
  • Degree preferred; beauty or electro channel experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Decisive leader with strong influencing skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive and engaging approach to challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisational structure.
  • Fluent in English (French is a strong plus).
  • Driving license

In this role you will be required to drive to the Amsterdam office one time per week (on Wednesday).
