About The Role  

Dyson is seeking a detail-oriented and brand-driven Lead Digital Retail Executive to oversee and maintain A+ content across third-party digital retailers. In this critical role, you will serve as the content guardian, ensuring that Dyson's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards are consistently represented on all 3P platforms. Your expertise will shape how Dyson is perceived by online customers, enhancing the brand’s presence, optimizing content performance, and driving engagement through high-quality, impactful content.  

Key Responsibilities   

Content Management & Optimization:   

  • Serve as the primary custodian of Dyson’s A+ content across all 3P digital retail platforms, ensuring Dyson’s brand standards, positioning, and visual differentiation are upheld. 
  • Regularly audit and update content to ensure alignment with Dyson’s global brand guidelines, product messaging, marketing objectives, and Selective Distribution criteria. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to adapt Dyson’s global standards for local implementation across 3P digital channels. 
  • Create tailored content solutions in collaboration with retail partners, including video content, brand stores, and social media activations to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Consolidate and share all required content assets (images, videos, copy, etc.) for NPD (New Product Development) launches with retailers. 
  • Coordinate Flixmedia updates for each NPD launch, including briefing and execution to deliver seamless content updates. 
  • Monitor competitive activity, ensuring Dyson’s content remains superior, differentiated, and optimized for customer engagement across 3P retailers. 

Retail Media Management:   

  • Execute the allocated retail media budget and strategy for each account in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and Senior Retail Activation Manager. 
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with annual Joint Business Plans for each account, focusing on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and targeted activations. 
  • Own Sponsored product and similar advertising tools from our 3P retailer 
  • Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize retail media spending and maximize ROI. 
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Key Account Manager and Senior Retail Activation Manager, contributing best practices for campaign execution across all relevant digital touchpoints. 

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:   

  • Establish processes, mechanisms, and KPIs to monitor brand visibility, online sales performance, and customer engagement metrics across 3P retail platforms. 
  • Work closely with retailers to confirm the accuracy of metrics such as clicks, conversions, impressions, and visibility ratios to ensure campaign success. 
  • Conduct performance deep dives, analyzing content effectiveness, click-through rates (CTRs), and engagement trends to identify actionable insights for improvement. 
  • Provide detailed performance reports to key stakeholders, identifying ways to enhance Dyson’s presence on retailers' digital platforms. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and performance tracking.

  • You are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong understanding of 3P digital retail platforms and expertise in A+ content creation, optimization, and execution. 
  • Proven experience in establishing content performance metrics and leveraging data to guide strategy. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to uphold brand alignment and consistency across multiple digital touchpoints. 
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting digital performance data to inform decision-making. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
