Integrating these technologies into a product and ensuring that we are delivering market leading performance to our customers is a challenging job, and one that takes specialist skills.  That’s where the Technology Development team comes in.

The Technology Development team encompasses specialists who provides technical leadership in the fields of flow, thermal management, acoustic and vibration, structural dynamics and mechanics of materials broken up into teams defined as Product Performance, Acoustics, Technical Systems, Simulation and Principals.

Influence and provide options for optimal trade-offs to balance performance-related factors such as flowrate, acoustics, thermals, design, vision, claims etc.
  • Work with the Product Performance Manager to lead the performance team in PH, defining structures and frameworks for long term collaboration with other teams, ensuring delivery gaps are closed out and new knowledge acquired documented.
  • Drive team to support and achieve departmental goals. Mentor and coach junior engineers.
