For this position, we’re looking for a passionate team player to drive the end-to-end asset production for high-impact media campaigns for Home, Beauty and Audio categories —including digital, TVC, and OOH—across 10 dynamic markets in the CEE region.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring every campaign launch is seamless, compelling, and true to Dyson’s innovation-driven storytelling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing bold ideas to life, this role is for you!
About the role
As Intern in the CEE Marketing team, you will:
- Work within the marketing function, reporting to the Senior Category managers for Home and Beauty.
- Be in charge of producing assets for all the marketing campaigns that are running in the region (TV/Digital/OOH – in different languages).
- Be the main point of contract with our creative agency (Hogarth), you will brief the assets to them, and ensure timely delivery.
- You will manage the asset tracker , informing all stakeholders of the milestones and blockers/ eventual delays.
- You will be responsible for managing the backlog of all asset requests and prioritising basis the business objectives
- You will work with the media team to ensure smooth transition and delivery of assets for timely campaigns – BAU and tactical
- You will be responsible for small asset edits using photoshop or equivalent tools
- You will support the category teams with competitor marketing material benchmarking audits
About You
• To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• Bachelor degree/Master degree preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital media and curiosity towards upcoming trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple complex and multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop would be a plus.
• Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: Czech/Romanian/Greek/Hebrew/Russian.
