About the role
As our Marketing Manager for the Professional category, you will:
Implement global and local B2B marketing strategies across all channels to drive traffic and sales.
Improve the customer experience for professional clients on the company website and web shop.
Generate and optimize high-quality digital leads through paid media, SEO, and programmatic campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies targeting specific audiences and create joint business plans.
Develop and maintain professional content for the company website, ensuring SEO optimization.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, CPC, CPL, AOV, CR, and ROI using tools like Salesforce.
Drive the creation of digital and offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, and case studies.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including new product launches, in alignment with global strategies.
Coordinate and manage B2B trade events and internal launches, ensuring the provision of relevant marketing materials.
Liaise with creative and PR teams to support the implementation of the B2B digital and PR marketing strategy.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
Minimum of four years of product or brand marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media, with experience in media buying and campaign management.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize key performance metrics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Commercial acumen to understand P&L impacts and drive marketing goals effectively.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Effective presentation skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
