About The Role

Vistex Product Owner will be providing integration between the business and IT, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the Promotion and Rebates related business functions. This role will focus on understanding the needs of the Sales, Finance and Master Data business areas and translating them into technical solutions. The role will also include involvement in the system integration, upgrade, development and requirement specifications creation based on Architecture/ Design/Detailing of Processes.

In partnership with the GPOs, Revenue Management , IT Leadership and System Architects, this role will have direct responsibilities across the global projects for:

• Engaging with Global Business Process Owners & Stakeholders to understand and influence broad business strategies in the context of information technology as a key enabler and differentiator
• Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners (Process Owners, Vistex Super Users, DBS Operation Managers, Sales Representatives and Revenue Managers) as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements.
• Having and building comprehensive knowledge of internal and external information technology environments with a focus on Pricing, Promotion and Rebates functionality in Vistex and SAP.
• Partnering IT organization, with a focus on ERP driven processes, to set definitive strategies that lead to accelerated outcomes across complex problems or opportunities.
• Interpret and translate complex regulatory drivers, compliance requirements, company risks, and company exposures to ensure Vistex solutions in SAP are best positioned to maintain integrity, trust and reliability.
• Be forward thinking with respect to technical evolutions within the ERP landscape (S/4 HANA) and Vistex which help improve user experience or functionality
• Influence partner and vendor organizations in prioritization and problem management of solution issues, including root cause analysis
• Identify and ensure delivery of training needs to process owners, operations, and business partners.
• monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing first-level support to resolve technical issues
• Design Global Processes and promote process improvement and innovation to drive business process optimization.
  
   

About You

• Experience of Vistex configuration / design and broad related business process experience

• Deep Business Knowledge in key areas of Pricing and Rebates and ERP integration as it relates to Order to Cash processes and integration with S/4 HANA
• Strong Leadership and negotiating skills across different levels of leadership
• Expertise in working in complex, diverse landscape (business, technology, regulatory and partners)
• Strong Organizational and Communication skills with key focus on conveying complex ideas and thoughts into clear definitive directions and results
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomously
• Global Experience
• Good understanding of business processes in retail industry
• Knowledge in S/4 HANA SD, MM, FI
