About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and curious intern to join our People Team, supporting key initiatives in organisation design and people analytics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how companies shape their workforce structures and leverage insights from data to drive impactful business decisions.
Organisation Design:
Assist in reviewing and analysing current organizational structures and internal workforce data
Support the design and implementation of organisational effectiveness metrics and governance cadences
People Analytics:
Collect, organize, and analyse people-related data to uncover actionable insights
Contribute to the development of dashboards in HR tools or visualisations in platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track key metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Generate meaningful reports to inform workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategy
Identify patterns and trends that support evidence-based decision-making

About you
We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field
Interest in or prior experience working in HR, organisational strategy, or consulting environments
Strong analytical ability; proficient with data collection, organization, and reporting
Highly competent in Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modelling techniques
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in and familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in team settings
Curious mindset with a passion for learning and contributing
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
