About the role
As our Paid Search Manager, you will lead the performance and alignment of Dyson’s paid search campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for setting the “golden rules” of paid search, designing standardized frameworks, and ensuring these best practices are effectively adopted throughout the region. Your role will blend high-level strategy with direct, hands-on expertise to elevate both the consistency and quality of execution in every market.
Acting as a key bridge between company strategy and local delivery, you’ll work closely with country-level traffic teams—providing insights, actionable recommendations, and ongoing consultancy. Your partnership will help ensure that every market benefits from a unified, data-driven paid search approach, while also maintaining the flexibility to capitalize on local opportunities.
You will oversee campaign performance, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. By offering expert guidance, running cross-market workshops, and facilitating training sessions, you’ll uplift knowledge and execution capabilities across the region. You’ll also drive collaboration with SEO teams to create a truly integrated search strategy.
Crucially, you’ll manage centralized reporting and dashboards to monitor results, keeping senior stakeholders regularly informed of successes, opportunities, and lessons learned. By creating a robust feedback loop, you’ll enable the continuous exchange of best practices and support the ongoing evolution of Dyson’s paid search strategy.
About you
- 6+ years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally across multiple markets/regions
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, and bidding platforms
- Proven track record in optimizing account structures, keywords, ads, and audience targeting
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into clear actions
- Experience building scalable processes and sharing best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Skilled communicator, able to train, influence, and present to diverse audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Affiliates networks is a plus
