About the Role
The core responsibility is to take accountability of projects and programmes across the Philippines site, reporting to the site GM.
Initially, the role will focus on managing the Alkaline Programme, a strategic transformation programme to enhance product and technology development capacity and capability in the Philippines and centralise technology manufacturing and CM operations. The integrated campus is the enabler for positioning Dyson Philippines for continued growth.
About You
Your primary duties and responsibilities shall include:
- Manage and integrate the PTC transition workstream, involving multiple business functions.
- Design, develop and ensure clear structures are in place to accomplish the vision and provide transparency against plan across all levels of the business.
- Report weekly or as required, and create management dashboards, about project progress, challenges, actions, solutions, and results.
- Identify and communicate the need, obtain sponsorship from senior leaders, develop briefs, scopes and objectives.
- Identify appropriate resources required and develop a project or programme plan to achieve the vision/brief.
- Lead senior stakeholders across the Business to converge and agree the right approach to business and technical problems.
- Build robust business cases where expenditure is required and present to appropriate steering committees or decision-makers.
- Lead effective project or programme teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
Following the migration to PTC, the role will continue to add value through various project or programmes for Dyson Philippines to drive continuous improvement.
