Program and Change Manager – Philippines Site
About the Role
As the Program and Change Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives and leading transformation across Dyson’s Philippines site. Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you will drive programmes that reinforce our technological, product development, and manufacturing capabilities, while championing organizational change and continuous improvement. Your efforts will ensure the growth and success of an integrated campus.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, governance, and execution of key programmes, ensuring alignment with Dyson’s vision and local site strategy.
- Project & Resource Management: Identify resource needs, develop comprehensive roadmaps, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of strategic projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong partnerships with senior leaders, business unit heads, and cross-functional teams to secure sponsorship, align objectives, and drive collective results.
- Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases to support investments and strategic decisions, confidently presenting recommendations to steering committees or senior leadership.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide transparent, insightful updates through dashboards and reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
Change Management
- Organizational Transformation: Lead the implementation of integrated employee engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, resilient culture and maintain business continuity during periods of change.
- Leadership Development: Collaborate with the People Team to roll out leadership development programmes that build future-ready leadership capabilities, encourage agility, and support innovation.
