About the Role:

  • Own the Dyson Haircare experience. Educate customers on the benefits of Dyson Haircare products and make the appropriate recommendation
  • Delivering hands on demonstrations that include styling and relationship building with our customers, while achieving specified goals
  • Embrace the Dyson Guest Experience model and consistently demonstrate these values to our customers
  • Achieve Daily, Weekly Monthly sales plans and goals 
  • Achieve Selling Metrics goals and Standards
  • Daily responsibility for floor coverage and execution of required operational procedures and day to day business needs.    
  • Responsible for sales and product knowledge of all categories.  Consistent execution of the Dyson shopper journey.  
  • Utilize Dyson Training and Education tools and resources to deliver best in class customer interaction and engagement
  • Take an active role in leading beauty events by collaborating with management and organizing marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Resolve shopper issues and complaints promptly ensuring a positive outcome
  • Share in the day-to-day store activities and assist in other areas of the store if requested/necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized Store
  • Understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
  • Adhere to corporate processes and safety standards

About You:

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays and as business dictates.
  • Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, retail and or sales related position
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding our sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience
  • High standards of personal appearance & professional behaviour
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs., potentially overhead for display and demonstration use and the ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time
  • Customer Centric: Passionate about providing high-quality service and care to clients
  • Detail-Oriented: Precise and meticulous in both hair stylings and sales processes
  • Enthusiastic and Positive: Energetic, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Adaptable: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive of colleagues and the salon partners
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time

Salary: $24-$26 Per Hour
