About the role
As Account Executive, you will provide operational support to the Key Account Managers (KAM) team and the sales department. This cross-cutting and key role is based on three axes:
Commercial and administrative support
To be the point of contact for our retailers: CR managementAccountability, formal communications, and the maintenance of strong and lasting relationships.
Ensure the follow-up and compliance of annual agreements and selective distribution contracts: follow-up or archivingSecure.
Contract Administrative Monitoring: monitoring and proofreading of promotional, SD, annual contracts, etc
Take care of all administrative support: product listing, catalog validation, contract follow-up and data management in SAP and internal tools
Track product launches and operational execution
Follow product launches: creation of price lists, creation of checklists and rigorous follow-up of the go-live on all categories
Creation of tools and reports to inform business decision-making
Selective distribution: complilation and monitoring of Selective Distribution criteria for Comercial policy team collaboration, monitoring of agreements, and internal reporting of Dyson execution excellence
Financial support for the commercial activity
Effectively manage promotional campaigns: management of agrEvidence, collection of performance evidence

About You
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Expertise in tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel (TCD, V Search), Office, SAP
Communicative and unifying: you establish trust and lasting collaboration between teams.
Organized and results-oriented: rigorous, multitasking, and attentive to detail, even under pressure.
Proactive and proactive: you anticipate, take initiatives and do not hesitate to suggest improvements.
Commercial fluency and marketing acumen: you understand the levers of the market and think beyond the numbers.
Fluent English required: B2 level, comfortable in an international and multicultural environment

En tant qu’Assistant(e) Commercial / Account Executive H/F, vous apporterez un soutien opérationnel à l’équipe des Key Account Managers (KAM) et à la direction commerciale. Ce rôle transverse et clé s’articule autour de trois axes:
Support commercial et administratif
Être le point de contact référent pour nos retailers : gestion de la création de comptes, communications officielles, et entretien de relations solides et durables.
Assurer le suivi et la conformité des accords annuels et des contrats de distribution sélective : ouils de suivi, archivage sécurisé.
Suivi Adminisitratif contrats : suivi et relecture des contrats promo, SD, annuels, etc
Prendre en charge l’ensemble du support administratif : référencement produits, validation des catalogues, suivi contractuel et gestion des données dans SAP et outils internes
Suivre les lancements produits et l’exécution opérationnelle
Suivre lancements produits : création des grilles tarifaires, création de checklist et suivi rigoureux du go-live sur toutes les catégories
Création d’outils et des reportings pour éclairer la prise de décision commerciale
Distribution selective : complilation et suivi des critères de Distribution Séléctive pour collaboration Comercial policy team, suivi des agreements, et reporting interne de l’excellence d’execution Dyson
Support financier de l’activité Commerciale
Manager avec efficacité les campagnes promotionnelles : gestion des agréments, collecte des preuves de performance
