Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.

Reporting to Order to Cash Operations Manager.Sales Order Processing Associate Manager manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers’ orders.

Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders in the system.

Coordination with Teams:

  • Liaise with sales representatives, logistics, and local SOP market team to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules are met.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customer to solve issues related to order processing

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and order related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds when necessary.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.
  • Monitor order trends, delays, and discrepancies to drive operational improvements.

Team work and  performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales order management, customer operations, or a related role.
  • Fluent in Japanese. Workable in English.
  • Sales order processing of SAP Systems knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
  • Excellent team task and performance management skills.
