About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba professional with minimum 3 years of hands-on expertise in the administration and configuration of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Risk modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring seamless system operation, and supporting business users across the Ariba platform.
You will:
- Configure and administer SAP Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Risk, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend optimal solutions within the Ariba ecosystem.
- Maintain and optimize approval workflows, document numbering, interface settings, and business rules within Ariba modules.
- Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management processes through SLP, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Ariba modules, contributing in resolving incidents, managing service requests and change requests.
- Develop and maintain user documentation related to configuration and process changes.
- Conduct ad-hoc user training sessions and provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders and suppliers on Ariba functionalities.
- Support integration activities between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems (e.g., S/4HANA), including data migration and interface monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to IT security standards and compliance requirements throughout all Ariba processes.
About You
We're looking for someone that has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Ariba administration and configuration, with proven expertise in Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Risk modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, and risk management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in system configuration, customization, and optimization of Ariba modules.
- Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, and supplier risk assessment in Ariba.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, incident management, and providing support for Ariba solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment.
- SAP Ariba certification(s) (preferred)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration. (preferred)
- Background in project management or experience leading Ariba implementation projects. (preferred)
