Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Tmall B2B yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plan, leverage business monitoring and tracking with excellent operation to avoid business risk and able to drive maximize business opportunity
- Deliver overall Tmall B2B sales target including SI/SO/net margin with right product &investment plan to continuously drive Dyson business size
- Build strong and close partnership with platform not limited to Initiate regular meeting for regular follow-up and proactively negotiate with Platform for trading resources to ensure the best sell-out for brand.
- Through business development to continuously drive new network distribution to bring business opportunity.
- Channel budget management and cost forecast.
- Work with cross function teams and whole ali group to make the whole business development.
Skills / Experience Required:
- More than 5 years experiences in the related e-marketing area
- Familiar platform ecosystem methodologies especially in ali platform (TMALL Flagship/TMALL global/ supermarket/ etc)
- Solid working experience of driving the EC business on TMALL would be a plus
- Distributor/platform management with strong negotiation and communication skill.
- Drive for results and motivating partners
- Open to content creation, ambitious to grow fast and positive thinking.
- Be ambitious for business opportunities and have strong ability of organization and work under pressure
