Key Responsibility

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement offline sales strategies aligned with business goals, adapting to market changes for growth.
  • Market Analysis & Optimization: Analyze trends and customer needs, use insights to optimize sales efforts and gain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts based on market data and historical performance, collaborate cross - functionally.
  • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new offline partners, manage relationships for mutual success.
  • Network Expansion: Devise strategies to expand the offline sales network, penetrate new markets and channels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a business development team, collaborate cross - functionally to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business - related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in business development, 5+ years in leadership; strong offline sales strategy track record.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, market analysis, leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills.
  • Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and market research tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent English; additional languages for target markets are advantageous.
