About the role: 

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing retail merchandising strategies, overseeing marketing operations including agency management and purchase order (PO) placement for budgets, and supporting sales operations. This position requires a high level of commercial acumen, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive business success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Merchandising:

Lead and execute retail merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales across various retail channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising plans aligned with brand objectives.

Ensure consistent product display standards across all retail locations, adjusting strategies based on performance and market trends.

Monitor inventory levels and merchandising effectiveness, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer demand.

Marketing Operations

Manage agency contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and that the agency's deliverables align with marketing objectives.

Oversee the placement of purchase orders (PO) within the marketing budget, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Work closely with finance and procurement teams to track budget allocation and expenditure for marketing activities.

Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives while maintaining budget compliance.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with external agencies, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Sales Operations:

Assist the sales team with operations by ensuring that all product and promotional activities are supported with the right merchandising and materials.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
