Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in platform LS strategy: Support the creation and generation of by platform LS strategic priorities definition, monthly/yearly calendar generation, resource mapping principles, business forecast estimation, etc.
- Collaborate with cross team and TP to deliver LS TGT.
- Business operation: Responsible for LS business daily operation including daily business chasing, LS actions landing and budget efficiency management, etc.
- Data Analysis: Analyse LS business data and processing KPIs to identify areas for improvement and report on performance.
- Brand building and education: Support various campaigns including new product launch, key commercial moments(D11/618/SBD/etc.) and category seasonal strategic project to drive brand awareness and expand interest group.
Skills / Experience Required:
- 3+ years experiences in the e-marketing area, 1+ years experience in livestream area
- Good sense of creative and beauty
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Innovative: Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Be ambitious for business opportunities and have strong ability of organization and work under pressure
