About the Role
You’ll end-to-end lead and drive overall China Spares and Accessories (S&A) and refurb performance across China market. You’ll focus on business development, drive channel performance, manage proper event and promotion, customer satisfaction, inventory management and sustainable growth. This role connects supply, logistics, sales, demand planning and aftersales teams to deliver value and keep customers delighted.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management: End-to-end Lead and monitor overall China S&A performance by collaborating with existing channels, business developing new channels, managing promotion calendar and mechanism based on channel strategy and maintaining customer experience
Channel Strategy: Plan, develop and manage S&A sales channels—direct, retail, online, service centres and other potential new direct or indirect channels. Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Promotion Management: Plan and execute starting from pricing strategy align with global structure, promotion calendar, mechanism and related resource allocation between channels to meet overall S&A channel strategy and performance delivery
Customer Focus: Continuously enhance customer journey to ensure best-in-class experience and hence drive business performance. Deal with enquiries and complaints related to S&A. Work to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, forecasting, and replenishment for spares and accessories. Minimise shortages and overstock.
Process Improvement: Streamline ordering, fulfilment, and distribution workflows for efficiency and speed. Benchmark against industry standards.
Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all activities adhere to safety, legal, and environmental guidelines. Drive initiatives in sustainable sourcing and packaging.
Team Coordination: Collaborate activities and ensuring the plans come together to report out by working across supply, logistics, sales, demand planning and aftersales teams.
Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs such as inventory turnover, sales, fill rates, and customer feedback. Deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years’ experience channel business development preferred. Experience with spares and accessories is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven, with ability to track and act on key metrics.
Understanding of compliance and sustainability in product supply.
