By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience.
About the role
As our SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies to accelerate organic growth, boost site visibility, and drive measurable business impact across Dyson’s markets. Your focus will include innovative initiatives such as AI-ready content and GEO optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including content, technical, and analytics—delivering clear, actionable recommendations that seamlessly integrate SEO best practices into our digital approach.
You will shape and execute regional SEO initiatives aligned with our paid search efforts, coordinating technical audits to ensure optimal website performance. By partnering with IT, you will enhance site architecture, resolve technical issues, and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
Working hand-in-hand with content creators and local teams, you will optimize on-page content, conduct keyword research, and ensure that user intent is consistently met. You will track and analyze SEO performance metrics, using insights to increase organic revenue and continually refine our strategy.
Additionally, you will lead collaborations with partner agencies, advocate for SEO priorities, and drive knowledge-sharing across teams. Staying ahead of industry trends and search engine updates, you will continuously innovate and implement tactics that keep Dyson highly competitive in organic search.
About you
- 6+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in multinational or regional settings
- Proven ability to lead scalable SEO strategies that drive measurable results
- Deep technical expertise: site architecture, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals
- Skilled with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strategic thinker with strong ability to anticipate search trends
- Exceptional communicator, able to explain complex SEO to non-technical audiences
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional and international teams
