About the role
Drive Sales Performance (Indirect Channel – EM, Professional and other B2B)
- Plan and execute business plan in overall for channel sales
- Deliver sales result (volume and revenue) with channel in Korea
- Drive effective channel strategies to optimize Dyson profitability in line with market goals
- Responsible for set up GTM plan and long term & short term sales strategy to deliver stable sales growth
- Manage to deliver the strategy aggressively and build whole negotiation process
- Build NPD launching process and successful launch through GTM strategy and communication
- Set up KPI by channel/by staff and evaluate based on clear target
- Lead whole indirect channel contract –Manage to set and negotiate conditional margin rate following as company guide line
- Manage to set up effective incentive promotion scheme for product demonstrator in Dyson brand store
- Right decision and set up sales plan to keep channel balance
- Manage to keep sustainable stock in EM channel
- Train and manage sales forecast accuracy to maximize sales opportunity
- Manage sales execution level, promotion efficiency, cost, GM and even build next step
- Develop effective annual business plan to optimize Dyson profitability
Store Execution Management (EM & Other Indirect retail channel)
- Manage to achieve sales target not only HQ but also store target
- Manage to Dyson Expert and agency to lead to set up store target regularly
- Manage to set up and execute store activity plan regularly to reach sales target (Pop up/ Roadshow)
- Manage and set up guide line for regular store activity by channel.
Collaboration and Partnership
- Work with Marketing, PR and Finance team to make integrated business plans for growth of Key account Sales
- Network with Key Stakeholders to develop the sales plan and execution model
- Work collaboratively with Dyson Team Leaders and demonstrators to achieve planned sell-out results
- Be a valued business partner to our retailers by delivering year over year growth.
- Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key accounts
Report and Communication
- Sell In and Sell-out in indirect customers
- Aligning with Company Goal, operating and Sales Result regularly (Monthly and Quarterly basis)
- Communication with Global/APAC CoE Team
- Work collaboratively with Dyson Team Leaders and Demonstrators to achieve planned sales-out results.
- Responsible for delivering monthly key account sales volumes
- Oversee the annual top to top meetings and quarterly business review cycle with key accounts
- Ensure contract implementation is adhered to and terms are observed
- Ensure compliance with competition and bribery guidelines
- Proactively plan, execute and review all sales activities by account.
Team Management and Leadership
- Managing Team Leaders in EM and professional team
- Build and Share Strategic Vision and Mid-term Business Plan aligning with Company Blueprint
- Manage and develop the Indirect Sales Team, Build Capabilities and Lead Effective Teamwork
KPIs
- Quantity: Sell-In (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) / Achievement %
- GM (Gross Margin): (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) / Achievement %
- Quality: Pre planned activity (Regular MBR and QBR)
- Efficiency: Cost (Efficiency) / discount % / # of unit sold per store / Cost for 1 unit sold
- Employee Engagement: Pulse Survey Score above certain benchmark (PY, Market Average)

About You
- +15 years in FMCG industry in Sales & MKT Field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field
- Excellent team leadership abilities
- Strategic Ideation and Execution with Visionary Thinking
- Retail Operation Experience in Korea
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Implementation and roll out of sales training programs
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent English is a must, with Korean native
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
