About the Role:
This is a fixed-term position based at the Dyson pop-up store in Aventura Mall, Aventura, FL. The contract will run from October 2025 to January 2026.
Elevate the guest experience at our pop-up store through a deep understanding of our products, a commitment to innovation, and a customer-first mindset.
Demonstrate exceptional sales leadership by inspiring your team on the demo floor—coaching, mentoring, and motivating everyone to achieve and exceed store goals.
Oversee all aspects of pop-up store operations, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and building strong relationships across the business.
Design and execute impactful strategies to enhance both store performance and customer satisfaction, with buy-in from leadership.
Develop, implement, and share proven approaches to increase sales and profitability, collaborating with key business stakeholders.
Continuously assess team strengths and opportunities, creating growth and training plans that foster career development.
Manage the store’s P&L to meet company expectations within a pop-up environment.
Review sales trends to accurately forecast performance and product needs.
About You
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing retail role.
3+ years managing a retail store or pop-up location required.
Background working with premium or luxury brands is highly preferred.
A driven team player who thrives on delivering outstanding sales results and memorable customer experiences.
Exceptional communicator and people leader, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Acts with integrity, empathy, and respect toward customers, colleagues, ownership, partners, and products.
Skilled in delivering effective presentations and communications with business leaders.
Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for up to eight hours.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
