About the role:

Join Dyson’s Sales-Team in Germany as a Working Student and gain hands-on experience with one of the world’s most innovative technology brands!

At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do. Our Sales-Team ensures our machines are presented in an appropriate and consistent way that is recognisably Dyson, to clearly explain our technology and create the right customer experience.

You’ll be supporting marketing campaigns and sales planning, assist in analyzing business performance data and supporting the launch of new products. You’ll work closely with teams in Marketing, Digital media and Finance.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and analyse operational issues to identify root causes to increase sales productivity.
  • Recommend KPIs for the Sales Team that show performance against objectives to enable effective management and help to generate reports on KPIs for management reviews.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns.
  • Take on additional assignments or special Sales projects as agreed.
  • Understand and breakdown business processes into key data points with which to build insightful reports that are easy to digest by the end user.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to drive agreed customer initiatives and align organizational goals.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and maintain effective relationships.

About you:

  • Interested in sales & marketing
  • Ready to work with key account management, marketing, finance to support.
  • Confident using business data and analytics tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Passionate about technology, sales trends and innovation.
  • Creative, curious, and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management skills
  • Enjoys collaborating within a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, always looking for opportunities to contribute ideas and solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing or finance with an interest in Sales.
  • Available to work part-time as a working student (preferably 20 hours per week) starting in June 2025.
  • Strong interest in sales, technology and industry trends.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for Dyson’s products and a willingness to learn the technical details behind them.
  • Creative, resourceful, quick-thinking, and able to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Flexible and a committed team player, willing to take initiative and go beyond the job description.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable building relationships across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
