Where we're based

Our Chicago office is home to Dyson's Americas headquarters where our people support, strategise, and communicate our latest technology. Beyond Chicago, our Aurora hub is home to our 24-hour customer service centre where our customer experience team is supporting Dyson owners all across the US and Canada.

City life

Our US sites have a friendly, but professional atmosphere where you'll be given challenging work, often on high-stakes projects. You'll have real responsibility and the opportunity to get hands-on from day one, with support from peers and previous cohorts. There's plenty going on outside work too, including social and cultural activities, and never-ending opportunities for involvement in the city of Chicago, from lakefront beaches to shopping on Magnificent Mile.

Inspiring spaces

Dyson’s US head office is based in a newly constructed building located in Fulton Market, Chicago's hottest neighborhood. Perfectly positioned for all this exciting city has to offer, the office has lofty ceilings, open plan workspaces and a large café, so it offers great working environment . The building also features a private roof deck overlooking the city, outdoor terraces, and a 20,000 square foot landscaped green space.

The highlight of the Dyson social calendar in the US is the Holiday party, where our people gather to let their hair down, including a highly-inventive fancy dress competition.
