Australia was Dyson’s first export market outside of Europe. Now, with a dynamic head office in Sydney, contact centres in Taren Point and Parramatta, and service centres in four states, we have more than 300 Dyson people helping to bring Dyson technology to life across the country.
Dyson is a market leader in Australia, but new territories, categories and challenges await. To help seize those exciting opportunities, Dyson Australia is expanding. Our HQ is in a renovated wool warehouse, originally used to store fleeces for export during World War II. It’s located close to 'The Grounds' in the suburb of Alexandria and our customer service and logistics hubs are based in the south and west of Sydney, at Taren Point and Parramatta.
Alexandria is located just four kilometres south of the Sydney central business district and is a land of converted warehouses where you can find great boutique food emporiums, pre-loved antiques and vintage homewares all around. In an open, contemporary, converted manufacturing precinct, our team brings Dyson technology to life. Our dedicated customer care, service and logistics hubs at Taren Point and Parramatta are light, modern, open-planned spaces that nurture collaborative working.
At all locations you'll find Dyson perfectionists hard at work. But ambition is balanced with relaxation and recreation. Team members often meet for Super Mario tournaments, table tennis or catch-ups in the common areas. Our locations are close to parks for those wishing to make the most of the sunny outdoors. Taren Point is close to the long beaches of Cronulla – ideal for an after-work surf. And nearby are the sweeping mangrove forests with cycle tracks and cafés dotted among the trees. Team culture is at our core and we hold regular events including charity initiatives, monthly social lunches and team bonding activities.
