With hands-on, in-store demo experiences and an online presence that is as unique as our machines, our India team is working tirelessly to bring the Dyson story to a whole new audience. To drive Dyson’s growth ambitions, we have established a Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation in Gurgaon to provide process and service excellence to support Dyson’s business operations, and the IT Capability Centre in Bangalore that powers the digital transformation of Dyson.
Based close to New Delhi’s bustling centre in northwest India, the Gurgaon head office is located along the premium Golf Course Road, with our second office nearby. In early 2018 the Gurgaon team worked tirelessly to launch the first Dyson Demo store in the country, located at the DLF Promenade shopping mall in New Delhi.
The Gurgaon office is a vibrant space, full of energy and motivated people who go out of their way to make work enjoyable for all. The office environment is egalitarian and transparency is the norm. The meeting room glass walls are perfect for engineers scribbling specifications of our machines and teams discussing work flows.
In 2022, Dyson opened a new office at the City Centre in Bangalore, India. The space is well connected and situated in the city’s pulsing shopping and commercial district. It is home to our Information Technology teams - Cyber Defence, Cloud & Platform Engineering, Data Science and AI/ML, Architects and more.
