Driving one of our biggest markets, the Dyson Japan office is located in downtown Tokyo. Across the country, more than 250 Dyson people challenge convention and push the boundaries in our Sales and Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Customer Care teams.

The Dyson Japan office offers a striking view over Tokyo’s Imperial Palace grounds, placing our team in the vibrant core of the city. On the sixth floor, more than 150 Dyson people are driving innovation in open collaborative spaces, strategizing and testing the latest advancements. Best Workplace for Diversity & Inclusion
The D&I AWARD is Japan’s largest certification and recognition program for promoting Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) across companies of all sizes, including international businesses, nonprofits, and startups. Participating organisations are assessed using the Diversity Score which evaluates their D&I initiatives, and are awarded one of four certification levels: Beginner, Standard, Advanced, or Best Workplace. The program seeks to modernise D&I practices, highlight true role models, and expand advocacy across businesses of all scales in Japan.
