Dyson has had a long and special relationship with Japan. It was here in the 1980s that James Dyson first sold cyclone technology under the name ’G–Force’. Here that we launched the Tokyo office in 1998. And here that the first Dyson Demo flagship store opened its doors in 2015.
The home of innovation
Driving one of our biggest markets, the Dyson Japan office is located in downtown Tokyo. Across the country, more than 300 Dyson people challenge convention and push the boundaries in our Sales and Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Customer Care teams.
Strong team dynamics
The Dyson Japan office has two floors. The ground floor has spacious modern meeting rooms and a hi–tech showroom used for training and product launches to the media. Higher up on the sixth floor, more than 200 Dyson people are hard at work in open plan offices, strategising and testing new technology. Dyson people frequently get together to celebrate successes and cement the friendships and team spirit that make Dyson Japan so formidable.
