Dyson's Swiss office opened in 1999 with a sales team of just three people and big ambitions to conquer the Swiss vacuum cleaner market. And it didn't take long to achieve them.

Building on success

Since 2005, Dyson Switzerland has been the clear market leader in vacuum cleaners. And since 2016 we've led the way in hair dryers and purifiers. In 2018, we became the first country to exclusively sell cord-free vacuum cleaners. Now, we have more than 50 people working across multiple categories in the world’s smallest 'global financial capital', Zurich, including our nearby service centre in Dintikon.
