Loving the moments beyond data
Working in APAC means navigating one of the most culturally diverse regions in the world, where there’s a huge spectrum of cultures, challenges, and customer behaviours. Every market has its own rhythm, and yet we’re united by a shared goal: to deliver exceptional owner experiences. That’s what makes my role so dynamic!
I help connect the dots through data and turning complexity into clarity. I provide data solutions and insight across the region—from building campaign dashboards and post-performance reviews to enabling better upstream data tracking and automation. It’s a role that constantly evolves, and requires close collaboration with local market teams, retail stakeholders, and global functions like eCommerce and IT. Everything I do is grounded in problem-solving.
What I value most is Dyson’s constant pursuit of progress. Whether it’s in our products or how we operate, there’s a shared mindset of never settling. It’s in how we work, how we think, and how we grow.
One of my most memorable moments so far? Flying to Japan to lead the analytics workstream for the Japan commerce platform migration is a project that not only improved site functionality but also doubled conversion since launch. It was a rare opportunity to be on the ground, work closely with local teams, and see the immediate business impact.
Beyond data, I also enjoy moments that are collaborative! Like the scavenger hunt we organised as a team, where it was part puzzle, part exploration, and all teamwork. Experiences like that create space for collaboration that goes beyond the screen.
Here at Dyson, learning never stops. Every interaction, every challenge, every project adds another layer to my ever-growing arsenal of skills and knowledge. And I’m just getting started.
