EMEA Employee Administration Manager, Poland

Driving HR excellence at Dyson

With a background in sociology and human resources management, I’ve been working in HR admin operations, across both outsourcing and insourcing, since the beginning of my career. My proficiency in German led to my first assignment in the DACH region, where I honed my operational experience and deepened my understanding of HR processes and methodologies.

My passion for teamwork and driving operations naturally led me to leadership in 2017. I joined Dyson in October 2021, just after the establishment of Dyson Business Services in Cracow, and right before the go-live of the employee administration team. I have had the privilege of leading the Employee Administration (EA) EMEA team from its inception.

Working in employee admin is both varied and unpredictable. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, ensuring that no one ever feels bored. Our HR admin team handles an extensive scope of responsibilities, constantly juggling multiple projects and initiatives.

The most satisfying aspects of my role are sharing my business and HR experience with my direct reports and building close relationships with stakeholders. Seeing my team grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding.

For instance, despite many difficulties and a lack of a clear plan at the project’s start, my team played a crucial role in the successful implementation of a global payroll provider service across 14 European countries. This achievement exemplifies our commitment to innovation and excellence.

I thrive on the daily interactions with my colleagues. The informal chats over coffee, the collaborative meetings, and the vibrant office atmosphere keep me energised and motivated.
