A diverse path to innovation in IT

My career has integrated logistics, supply chain, and IT solutions, leading me to my current role at Dyson. I joined Dyson in 2023, bringing a diverse background from experiences in the Netherlands, China, and various roles from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur, as well as in international trade and digitalisation of trade compliance processes.

A typical day at Dyson is dynamic and collaborative. I am involved in two large IT programmes that integrate commerce and sales with backend processes like supply chain and manufacturing. My role involves close collaboration with software architects, development, and testing teams to ensure our software solutions are well-designed and implemented. Formulating and executing cutover plans and warranty models are also my key responsibilities.

Most of my day is spent on calls focused on preparations, reviews, and reports with both internal teams and external application providers. My job revolves around ensuring that our software solutions are efficient and effective, as well as streamlining supply chain operations.

The most satisfying part of my role is connecting people and solving complex problems together. The excitement of designing, developing, testing, and deploying software with third-party partners keeps me motivated and engaged.
