Where innovation and purpose go hand in hand
There’s something powerful about watching people light up when they truly connect with innovation. That moment of curiosity turning into understanding—that’s what drives me every day.
After more than a decade in an IT company specialising in online and retail operations leading operations, coaching teams, and driving strategy - I was ready for a role where I could make a deeper impact. Dyson offered exactly that: a place where innovation and purpose go hand in hand. Now, I lead the performance of our Dyson Stores—creating spaces that don’t just display products, but bring technology to life in meaningful ways.
My role spans daily operations, team development, and aligning in-store experiences with our global standards. But what excites me most is the opportunity to empower our store teams. When they grow, our customers feel it. That energy, that confidence—it transforms the experience and drives real results. I believe that retail is where Dyson’s innovation truly comes to life.
I live by three personal values—Curiosity, Challenge, and Change. They’re what push me to keep learning, to think differently, and to stay agile. Curiosity keeps me open to new ideas, while challenge motivates me to step out of my comfort zone. Change empowers me to embrace new opportunities and moving forward. These values echo Dyson’s spirit of innovation and pushing boundaries, inspiring me to grow and contribute to Dyson’s mission.
One of the most rewarding parts of my journey so far has been seeing how diverse perspectives come together to solve tough problems. Even when opinions differ, collaboration turns those differences into powerful solutions. It's a constant reminder that progress comes from listening, adapting, and staying committed to what really matters—people.
